Central Air Conditioning (Electric only, up to 5-ton systems)
Covered: Condenser, thermostat, compressor, fan motors, transformer, fuse, relay, timer, and core electronic components.
Not Covered: Ductwork, gas A/C units, Wi-Fi thermostats, refrigerant, filters, line sets, portable units, chilled water systems, wall units not ducted as originally designed.

Central Home Heating (Gas or Electric)
Covered: Burners, gas valve, blower, thermostat, fan control, transformer, igniter, and other key parts.
Not Covered: Ductwork, solar systems, fireplaces, chimneys, pellet stoves, expansion tanks, or portable heaters.

Additional A/C Unit (Electric only)
Same coverage and limitations as primary A/C unit.

Includes access, diagnostics, repair, replacement, and installation.

Water Heater (Gas or Electric)
Covered: Burner, gas valve, thermostat, heating element, vent damper, and relief valve.
Not Covered: Solar water heaters, tanks, piping, insulation, anode rods.

Range/Oven/Cooktop
Covered: Burners, gas valves, igniters, thermostats, regulators, heating elements, internal wiring.
Not Covered: Clocks, knobs, handles, racks, cosmetic damage.

Built-in Microwave
Covered: Door switch, controller, magnetron, transformer, motor, and electrical components.
Not Covered: Countertop models, glass, filters, cosmetic items.

Kitchen Refrigerator (Excludes Icemaker)
Covered: Compressor, thermostat, condenser, defrost elements, fan control, electronics.
Not Covered: Icemaker, filters, seals, doors, cosmetic issues.

Standalone or Built-in Icemaker
Covered: Ejector motor, mold, heater, wiring harness, switches, and gears.
Not Covered: Liners, racks, rollers, handles.

Dishwasher
Covered: Heating element, pump, timer, control panel, motor, thermostat.
Not Covered: Baskets, racks, rollers, cosmetic damage, hard water deposits.

Kitchen Exhaust Fan
Covered: Fan motor, belts, switches, control board, and electrical parts.
Not Covered: Filters, rooftop units, cosmetic wear.

Interior Electrical System
Covered: Interior wiring, receptacles, switches, breakers.
Not Covered: Fixtures, alarms, DC wiring, power surges, intercoms, solar systems.

Plumbing System
Covered: Interior plumbing lines, risers, P-traps, waste vents, angle stops, hose bibs.
Not Covered: Toilets, outdoor piping, clogs, gas lines, bathtubs, sprinkler systems.

Doorbell System
Covered: Internal electrical components.
Not Covered: Surveillance equipment, video systems, smart monitors.

Septic System
Covered: Ejector pump, aerobic pump, tank, and line to the house.
Not Covered: Field lines, leach beds, backups, cleanouts, insufficient capacity.

Programmable Thermostat
Covered: Thermostat connected to a covered heating or cooling system.
Not Covered: Any unrelated parts or systems.

Swimming Pool and Spa Equipment
Covered: Heater, pump, motor, blower, filters, valves, relays, sweep motors, accessible plumbing and wiring.
Not Covered: Jets, liners, lighting, solar equipment, cosmetic issues, above-ground or portable units.

Well Pump
Covered: Operational components for main dwelling use.
Not Covered: Tanks, wiring from pump to home, pressure switches, geothermal components.

Clothes Washer
Covered: Motor, timer, lid switch, clutch, drive belt, control board, pump.
Not Covered: Agitator, soap dispensers, cosmetic damage, dials, drawers.

Clothes Dryer
Covered: Heating element, thermostat, motor, drive belt, pulleys, timer, controls.
Not Covered: Lint screens, venting, cosmetic wear, seals.

Garage Door Opener
Covered: Motor, control board, gear assembly, sensors, chain, belts.
Not Covered: Springs, remote transmitters, track assembly, doors.

Ceiling Fans
Covered: Fan motor and basic control components.
Not Covered: Light kits, remotes, decorative attachments.

Garbage Disposal
Covered: All mechanical and electrical parts.
Not Covered: Jams caused by bones or foreign objects.

Free-Standing Freezer
Covered: Components affecting functionality—compressor, thermostat, electrical parts.
Not Covered: Icemakers, shelves, lights, cosmetic damage, food spoilage.

Wine Cooler
Covered: Thermostat, compressor, fan, motor, and internal circuits.
Not Covered: Shelves, filters, beverage dispensers, cosmetic wear, icemakers.

Secondary Refrigerator (Excludes Icemaker)
Covered: Condenser, compressor, thermostat, electrical circuits.
Not Covered: Filters, chilled water dispensers, cosmetic components, icemaker systems.
